How are enterprises using technology to make decisions?

As organizations navigate the shifting economy, the emergence of a new way of making decisions is changing the enterprise landscape. Decision intelligence is the process of applying analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and automation to decisions that impact organizational performance.

To learn more about how advanced decision intelligence technologies are impacting the ways that large-scale organizations make decisions, we surveyed 2800 enterprise leaders in various industries — across technology, financial services and banking, retail, and manufacturing in 12 countries in the Americas, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Key findings from the report include:

  • Fewer than a quarter (24%) of companies currently use advanced decision intelligence technology.
  • 97% of organizations say they can imagine a future where all their decisions are somewhat automated.
  • Most companies believe that it will take at least 10 years before they are making full use of decision intelligence.

Download the report for the full findings and insights, along with a breakdown of how decision intelligence will impact the future of decision-making.
