88% of EMEA respondents embrace the need for regulations and standards in using AI and generative AI.
65% of organizations believe the tech talent landscape will experience a talent surplus over the next three years.
73% of leaders believe it is more important for their employees to be multi-skilled than specialized in a specific area.
37% of respondents believe that creativity is the top skill humans will supply in a world shaped by AI.
