Lucas is a technical security leader with a breadth of experience spanning enterprise software and consumer software companies across the technology, financial and retail sectors. He is a global-minded executive noted for his ability to drive security outcomes while enabling growing businesses to accelerate. His passion for technology, for security and for building amazing teams has helped companies to thrive during periods of hyper-growth and change.
Previously, Lucas was head of security technology at Twitter. He was vice president and CISO at Rubrik Inc. and held the same titles at Palo Alto Networks prior to that. With more than two decades in security leadership, Lucas has also held information security positions at eBay/PayPal, Intuit, KPMG and Oracle.
With strong technical and operations roots, Lucas brings extensive experience across all cyber security disciplines, including, security operations, risk management, engineering, fraud prevention, forensics and threat intelligence.
